AQL Level II
Standard pre-shipment inspection covering:

- Dimensional tolerance checks
- Material safety spot checks
- Packaging compliance
- Function testing
On-site Factory QC
For high-value or complex orders, our inspectors stay on-site during production:
- First-off inspection at line setup
- In-process checks every 2–4 hours
- Final audit before packing
- Video reports with timestamped evidence
Reporting
All inspections produce a full PDF report with photos, defect grading and pass/fail determination — sent to you within 24 hours of completion.
